With Ziggo Visual Voicemail you can easily receive and listen to the voicemails on your Ziggo telephone line.
After you have entered your mobile telephone number, Ziggo fixed telephone number and pin code of your voicemail, you will receive the voicemail messages of your fixed telephone connection on the screen of your smartphone. You can listen to the voicemail messages, save on your device, forward and delete. You can also call the person who has spoken the message back, or send a text message.
The Ziggo Visual Voicemail app summarized:
• Always quickly informed of new voicemails on your smartphone, wherever you are.
• See who has left a voicemail and simply calling back or answers with a text message.
• Listen, save, forward or remove voicemails.
• Manage your voicemail settings in the Settings Menu.
• Voicemails can be delivered per fixed telephone number of Ziggo on a maximum of 5 smartphones.
NB
The Ziggo Visual Voicemail app only works if you:
-A fixed telephone line from Ziggo have
-Voicemail has enabled on your landline
-The standard pin code (4444) has changed to a pin code you have chosen yourself.
You can call on Voicemail and change your PIN code by calling 1233 from your landline of Ziggo.
Ziggo Visual Voicemail uses the data connection of your mobile phone. Extra costs can be involved, specifically when using abroad. For an overview of these costs, consult your mobile provider. You can prevent data consumption abroad by turning it off in the settings of your phone.
